Potong Pasir Town Square
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TOWN SQUARE AT POTONG PASIR AVE 1
Located in front of Blk 142 Potong Pasir Ave 1, a greenfield site. The construction involves a single-storey town square, of 35m x 20m which consists of 3 badminton courts. Works include jack-in piling, steel structure installation, artificial turfing on metal roof, perforated panel facade. The steel structure, RC works, architectural facade were constructed by our in-house steel and RC team.
The mulit-coloured perforated facade posed a challenge to our team as the design of the large odd shape pieces required detailed and accurate measurements for installation.
Our team managed to complete the project on schedule without any delay despite several additional variations.
